This EULA is between you and ManiMini. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement. ManiMini is responsible for the app, its content, and any claims.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use ManiMini on Apple devices you own or control, in compliance with Apple’s usage rules and this EULA.
Only ManiMini provides maintenance and support for the app. Apple is not responsible for any support.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, your sole remedy is to request a refund via Apple. Apple’s sole obligation is refunding the purchase price.
MANIMINI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to indemnify ManiMini, its team, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your use or misuse of the app or any violation of this agreement.
ManiMini is responsible for all product-related claims and intellectual property matters. Apple has no liability for such claims.
You represent that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a prohibited U.S. party list.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce its terms accordingly.
ManiMini uses AI models to generate nail art suggestions from images captured via the app’s camera. These images are processed in real time and are not stored or retained on our servers.
You may only record or share content in compliance with copyright, privacy, and institutional laws. ManiMini is not liable for unauthorized use or sharing.
You receive a personal, non-commercial license to view AI-generated nail art. Redistribution, scraping, or automated extraction is not allowed.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

ManiMini is an AI-powered nail art app that generates designs based on hand images. We take your privacy seriously and follow global data protection regulations.
None. We do not collect analytics, crash logs, or any usage telemetry.
Hand images are processed in real time and not stored. They are sent securely to the AI model (e.g., ChatGPT Vision) and discarded after processing.
We use secure transmission (TLS) and do not retain any sensitive content like images or transcripts. Apple authentication tokens are handled securely.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data. No data is shared with third parties beyond Apple authentication providers and AI processing APIs (e.g., OpenAI).

ManiMini is not designed for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Data may be processed by third-party APIs (e.g., ChatGPT) in various jurisdictions, but no user data is stored after processing.
